Cosmetic beauty retouch

Retouch:

The finished result, above, has been acheived by finely adjusting rather than painting or airbrushing – a work which is the sum of much attention to detail. Skin imperfections retouched; skin smoothed, though natural texture such as freckles for example was deliberately retained; complexion 'glow' added; highlights to eyes and lips rationalised; eyes brightened, whitened and small dark lines beneath removed; right eyebrow adjusted (not copied from left eyebrow); more, but not perfectly symmetrical nose and mouth; nose shape subtly refined and jaw line (chin) firmed; finally, hair smoothed. No additional make up was added.
